Michael Baldwin, Executive Director, has over 22 years in the real estate industry. His work spans careers in technology and management consulting organizations across industries with a particular focus on real estate, high-tech and financial services organizations. Additionally, Michael has had the opportunity to hold significant technology leadership roles at two multi-family REITs which enables him to combine his consulting and corporate backgrounds to bring a unique perspective to his clients. Specifically, he has helped real estate organizations improve their business processes, systems and practices through diagnostic evaluations, systems implementation and developing strategic improvement and transformation initiatives with both technology and operations departments and C-Suite leaders. Michael aligns executive-level strategies and expectations with his experience in technical and team-based aspects of implementation, achieving results through applying rigorous project and change management methodologies. Michael has significant interests in leveraging his passion for the future, business process improvement capabilities, analytical skills and technology background to enhance business driven technology and operational outcomes.

Prior to joining One11 Advisors, Michael held positions at UDR, Inc., Aimco, RealFoundations, Accenture and Capgemini in various consulting and leadership roles. Michael is also an active participant with the National MultiFamily Housing Council (NMHC) and has been a speaker at their annual OpTech conference for multiple years.

Michael has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
